Autumn Leaf Wolf V2 by merimask Autumn Leaf Wolf V2 by merimask
My first Autumn Leaf Wolf mask was so popular it left the shop in less than an hour, so I decided to make a second. Also...it's a really fun design to make. :) This one has differently colored leaves; burgundy and bronze instead of the red/gold I did last time.

Like all my masks, this is made from 8oz leather, hand carved and hand shaped with no molds, stamps or forms. I took great care to carve every hair, because I wanted this mask to be as detailed as possible. It's painted with a combination of acrylic stains and colorfast Liquitex acrylic paints and sealed with a clear coat for durability.

This is a signed, dated, numbered original; Autumn Leaf Wolf V2. Available (until he is gone!) only at my online shop site, here: [link]

EDIT: This wolfie has already found a home, too! I'm so glad everyone likes these new designs. :) More coming, and you can always place a custom request at my shop.

I honestly like the bronze/burgundy better. And such a great idea too, love it!

This one and the other ones you've done like this are absolutely gorgeous! I love that you integrated the leaves with the wolf masks.

Fun! :3 I liked the red/gold a little more but this one is also pretty nice!

>w< Now if only I could order stuff online...and had the money for these.

On a related note, why are they so expensive? @_@

It's such a striking look, you could probably sell them as fast as you could make them.

This mask seems to have a different tone, a darker, more somber feel about it.This would be late fall, whence the last leaves cling to the trees, and the dark wolves come out to play.

Wow, I ought to write again.

I agree. :) A little early in our season yet, but "winter is coming".
