Another mask I just finished last night...a new half-dragon mask in blue & copper (my favorite combination). I really love blue and copper. Writers have favorite authors, musicians have favorite composers, and artists have favorite color combinations...I'm certain this is true.
I call it a "half dragon mask" because I do this design without a long dragon snout (not everyone likes a big snout). However, I also do those small half masks with dragon figures on them ( you know...the ones with the wing off on one side) and those I call "dragon half masks". It's potentially confusing but there you go. These are the problems you run into when you make so darn many masks that you run out of names for them.
