Copper Sun And Moon Maskby *merimask

So I just finished another sun and moon mask. This was a special custom order. The client did not want any gold, so she requested a copper sun.

It actually looks kind of cool, I think! The sun half is extra pretty, so I'm showing the picture that was taken from that angle. If you want a better look at the moon half, check out my gallery. It's in there.

As ever, made from one piece of hand carved, hand shaped 8oz veg-tanned tooling leather. Painted with Liquitex acrylics.

I love the copper! And great choice with the ribbon colors. Gold has never been a wearable color because of my skin tone, so it's great to see other, similar colorations.
