Demon Dog Maskby *merimask

Well, here's a mask I made a few years ago but never properly photographed...so I thought I'd rectify the situation today.

This is a leather mask based on the "Inuyasha" manga/anime series. Sesshoumaru, as a demon dog. I was waaay into the manga until it ended earlier this year (well, not as into it as I used to be...frankly it went on & on & on much longer than it needed to. A sort of manga-as-soap-opera situation there). Still, Sess was always one of my favorite characters. He was a really pretty guy who would turn into a giant dog youkai, in my opinion he looked like a gigantic saluki with interesting face paint.

So anyway yeah...fits in with my Japanese theme 'cause it's based on anime!
