Great Forest Dragon by merimask Great Forest Dragon by merimask
I just finished this fellow this morning. I think it's the winner of the "Coolest Thing I Made This Season" award. :-)

A client in France requested this brown and green dragon. I added bronze details to the horns and tips of the mane. I hope he likes this guy...the brown antiquing stain was a mess to apply, but it has a wonderful transparent quality on the mane and really shows off the carving, so it's worth the mess.

This mask is cut, carved, hand-sculpted 8 ounce vegetable tanned tooling leather. I painted it with a combination of Liquitex acrylics and acrylic antiquing stain.

Custom masks like this one can be requested only at my online shop: [link]

Don't know if the link will work, but I recognized this mask from a game that took place this week-end, and it's awesome !

Oh, I'm so glad to hear it is being used happily...I had a terrible time shipping it and it arrived late.

The link didn't work...you could re-post it I hope?

Ochre, brown and gold make for such an amazing depth and dimension in this mask!
