I don't think I've ever done this design with these colors; it was a special request from my Etsy shop. I call them "Half-Dragons" because they're snoutless. For those of you who want to dress up like a dragon but skip the big nose, this is your mask.

As ever, made of hand carved, hand shaped 8oz veg-tanned tooling leather. Painted in black, green and silver, with Liquitex acrylics. I accept custom requests (like this one) only at my online shop: [link]

Wow, green and silver. Not a likely combo and you pulled it off STUNNINGLY!
I cannot get over how refined your designs are. They are NEVER too much, or too little. You have that capacity to know what is "just enough" for the specific character and the specific size of your work. That's something a lot of folks do not have!

Thank you. :-) I guess I've been at it for so long, I have a pretty good idea of what works. It just takes lots of practice.

The green and the silver are really gorgeous together. What specific green is that?

Thank you! Just a green I mixed for this mask; two parts hunter green, one part bright silver. Liquitex paints.
