Jade Venetian Raven Mask by merimask Jade Venetian Raven Mask by merimask
New! I just finished this custom-colored Venetian Raven for an Etsy customer. The silvery teal/jade color isn't one I usually work with but it's so striking I may do more.

As ever, made from one piece of 8oz leather, hand carved, tooled, and shaped with no molds or forms. Painted with Liquitex acrylics. I used "Sakura" brand paint pens in bright silver, for the small swirly details.

Custom orders like this one can be requested only at my online shop: [link]

I've always liked this mask of yours, but these colours were the best for it! I've always been partial to the teal colour you use, of course, I think it's beautiful, but it really is a striking result. Well done!

WOW! I love this color combination! wonderful :)
one with... I forget the proper term, but when the color 'slide' into each other... like some sunglass lense do, sort of irridescent, that would look great on one of these.
