Little Bronze Dragon Maskby *merimask

I know I just recently shared a mask similar to this, but I thought this little guy turned out great and I decided to share him too. I can't make enough of the bronze dragons for some reason...they keep selling out. Anyway, I like doing them because each one is a fresh sketch right on the leather without a pattern, so they're never boring to make.

As ever, this is hand-carved & tooled on 8oz leather, hand shaped, and painted with Liquitex acrylics. Available (for who knows how long) in my Etsy shop: [link]

I love the bronze with the pale green accents in his eye and the ribbons. Not a combo I would have ever thought of, but it looks really good!

I think the best thing about these masks is that wing coming off the side. Really gives it a bit of flourish!
