Yet another Persian motif mask...the patterns were inspired by a Persian rug I used to own.

I'm having so much fun with these designs! First, the domino mask, then the raven...now, a cat. This is the same cat pattern I use for Bast, so it's exotic-looking...which I think works well with these Persian decorations.

I used Liquitex acrylic paints in copper, silver, gold, green and black. The brown base is a transparent acrylic stain, so the grain of the leather comes through.

It looks like a cat wearing jewelry to me.
