How many people make otter masks? Not just any otters...sea otters! Well, not very many I bet. ;-)

This is my sea otter mask. Like everything I make, it's hand carved from 8oz veg-tanned leather, hand shaped, and painted with Liquitex acrylics. I had fun carving all those tiny hairs. No, really, I did. I like the details.

This little guy is available in my Etsy shop right now. All you need to complete the costume is a sea urchin you can eat on your belly... [link]
