Time Bandit Version 6 by merimask Time Bandit Version 6 by merimask
Okay, I'm trying not to be a horn-tooting asshat here but I think I am getting ~really~ good at making these Time Bandit masks. They're just so much FUN for me. I've been making stuff exclusively with leather, only, for two decades now and suddenly, I'm doing these mixed-media masks and it is SO liberating.

Made from one piece of 8oz leather, hand carved & shaped without molds or forms, then dyed & painted with colorfast acrylics in bright white, silver, and black.

Then I augmented and decorated it with real steel and metal clock parts, securely bolted and cemented to the piece.

Because clock parts are hard to come by, no two "Time Bandits" will ever be the same. That's what makes them so much FUN! :woohoo:

Signed, dated, numbered original; this is "Time Bandit Version #6" Available only at my online shop, here: [link]
