White Fantasy Wolfby *merimask

Just finished this wolf last night...it's on the way to the UK today.

The gray is tipped with silver, which looks pretty cool IRL but just doesn't show up that well in the picture. Trust me though, it's a very frosty wolf. I hope the fellow who ordered it (for a gift) is pleased. I do love sending stuff far, far away and imagining it on the other side of the world, having adventures, seeing places I'll never see.

As ever, this is made from one piece of 8oz leather, hand carved and hand shaped, painted with Liquitex acrylics.

You can just about make out the silver finishings, it looks very frosty indeed. I love how fluffy this wolf looks, too, like he's all puffed up against the cold.

If this was in red and orange and yellow, it'd look like a fire wolf. I love how the fur looks like flames in my mind. Also, the eyes. I love the black parts around the eyes.
