I made a new white Inari mask...whiter than I did before. She looked a bit too gray last time so I left out the black antiquing stain wash and she's much brighter.
Inari is a Shinto goddess of Japan, who is often depicted as a white fox.
This mask, (like all my work) is made completely from one piece of 8oz vegetable-tanned tooling leather, hand carved and hand shaped without molds or forms. Painted with Liquitex acrylics. She is available (or can be requested, if she sells out) only at my online Etsy shop: [link]
